Responsibilities
Within the Banking & Insurance Advisory Department, you will work with the Finance departments of major banks
Specialized in regulatory, prudential and ESG reporting, you will be a trusted partner to our clients on the following assignments:
- Deployment of large regulatory transformation projects (ESG, Basel IV, CRR3/CRD6, IREF, BIRD…)
- Monitoring and oversight of liquidity ratios (LCR, NSFR…), solvency ratios (RWA, SCR…) and resolution metrics (LDR, MREL, TLAC…)
- Ensuring compliance of regulatory and prudential reports (FINREP, COREP…) following recommendations from the ECB or other supervisory authorities
- Optimizing internal controls and risk management
- Documenting target processes, defining governance and supporting business teams during the implementation of new tools
- Improving and securing data quality for regulatory productions (impact analyses, proposing solutions and implementation)
Requirements
You hold a Bac+5-level degree (e.g., business school or university), DSCG, Master CCA, or Master in Finance
You have at least 2 years’ experience acquired in a consulting or audit firm, a financial institution, or a banking regulator
You possess strong knowledge of domestic and international reporting and regulatory frameworks with significant impact: IFRS, BCBS 239, COREP, FINREP, Surfi, Basel…
And/or you master project management methodologies and tools (Agile methods, planning, budget management, quality plans, team supervision and coordination)
With strong interpersonal skills, a team spirit and organizational abilities, you are committed to developing your expertise throughout your career
