Responsibilities

• Oversee the strategic execution of work streams ensuring support to scale successes
• Act as the bridge between enterprise strategy and implementation
• Align project portfolios with strategy and growth goals, defining success criteria
• Serve as the primary liaison between executive leadership and teams for project updates
• Drive the program roadmap using insights from industry trends to focus on AI opportunities
• Maintain standard for governance and security in process changes
• Act as the final escalation point for critical issues
• Partner deeply with leaders across the company to communicate and adjust for shifting priorities
• Distill complex learnings into actionable playbooks for scalability across the enterprise
• Lead the cultural shift toward process and team changes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 9 years of project or program management experience
• At least 7 years of People Management experience
• Master’s Degree or MBA (Preferred)
• 10+ years of project or program management experience (Preferred)
• 10+ years of people leadership experience (Preferred)
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification (Preferred)
• 5+ years of project management experience leading cross functional programs in risk (Preferred)
• 3+ years of experience working in the financial services industry (Preferred)
