Responsibilities

Utilize recruiting technology such as applicant tracking system, CRM, PowerBi, SharePoint
Build strong partnerships with the business, department heads, and hiring managers
Ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
5+ years progressive recruiting experience
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably specializing in the recruitment of Engineering professionals
Candidates with a background in technical recruitment or other recruitment specializations may also be considered
