Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 15+ years of experience in product operations, agile coaching, or program management within large enterprises
- Proven expertise in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Lean principles, and product-centric delivery models
- Strong communication and facilitation skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience driving cultural transformation and embedding accountability practices
- Familiarity with digital product lifecycle and operating models (ideation to sunset)
- Background in IT or Digital organizations with exposure to enterprise-scale transformation programs
- Hands-on experience with continuous improvement frameworks and change management
- Ability to work across global teams and manage cultural diversity.
