Responsibilities
Strong understanding of the application of commercial offering of the brand under digital, event, and print verticals
Planning, managing and executing service deliverables, ensuring strong margins, timely execution and client satisfaction
Collaborating closely with the sales, editorial, and creative teams and/or freelancers to ensure all services and deliverables are executed to the highest quality standards
Oversees all aspects of the magazine cover shoot, including print and video production, while serving as the central contact point to clients, editorial, creative, and production teams to ensure seamless execution and high-quality results.
Tracking campaign timeline, metrics and developing project reports for clients
Managing and tracking P&Ls for all projects you are accountable for
Source and manage freelancers as needed
Participate in new business pitches by sharing insights and creative ideas
Maintain, update, improve internal workflows and processes within the project management team.
Requirements
5+ years of marketing or agency experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to break down complex ideas into clear, concise, and actionable messages in English and Thai
Exceptional project management skills with end-to-end efficiency in stakeholder and timeline management
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to proactively anticipate obstacles and create solutions
Experience in collaborating and coordinating with several teams at once
Ability to see the big picture, strategise, adapt and implement solutions
Ability to build strong, effective working relationships with internal team members
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MSTeams
Familiarity with image tools such as Canva, and productivity applications are a plus
