Requirements
- Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste Erfahrungen in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung, idealerweise im Bereich Baulohn sowie Kenntnisse im Sozialversicherungs- und Steuerrecht.
- Sicherer Umgang mit Softwarelösungen und ein gutes technisches Verständnis.
- Kommunikationsstärke, Freude am Kundenkontakt und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen einfach zu vermitteln.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse.
