Responsibilities
Analyzes sales related reports to identify sales patterns and areas for improvement
Develops and maintains sales forecasts and associated performance reporting
Assists with CRM development and integration
Works closely with Sales and Sales Operations Management to identify and address issues
Creates Contact Lead lists for Sales Reps and Business Development Reps
Assists Marketing team with list generation for campaigns
Manages Sales Enablement and Dialer application
Reviews and validates existing customer and pricing data
Requirements
Minimum of one (1) year with Microsoft Excel
Minimum of one (1) year experience with Salesforce or other CRM software
Strong attention to detail to ensure a high level of accuracy
Ability to communicate with all levels of staff
Ability to be flexible to a changing environment
Organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of various software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
