Responsibilities
Review, enforcement of legitimate claims and defense against unjustified third-party claims.
Work in interdisciplinary project teams on the delivery of major projects.
Proactive contract and change-order (variation) management across all project phases.
Support major projects from tendering to execution, including change-order negotiations and profitability analyses.
Audit-proof reporting on ongoing additional claims.
Requirements
Completed degree in a commercial or technical field, e.g., economics, (industrial) engineering, public administration, or a comparable discipline.
Experience in claims or contract management, ideally in the construction or infrastructure sector, with strong technical understanding.
Structured, independent working style and ability to work in a team.
Excellent German and English skills, assertiveness, and strong communication abilities.
Willingness to travel approximately 3 days per week.
