Responsibilities

Advise members in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW), primarily by telephone
Perform calculations and cost analyses for cost-relevant topics in care
Advise member companies in the outpatient care sector
Requirements
University degree in Health Management, Nursing Management, Social Management, or a comparable qualification
Solid knowledge of nursing/care and social law (SGB V, SGB IX, SGB XI, SGB XII)
Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel
Ideally, experience in association work
Strong teamwork and communication skills
