Responsibilities

Requirements
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire geographically dispersed teams
Extensive experience leading crisis management and emergency response programs in complex, high-risk environments
Comfortable participating in senior leadership meetings and influencing budget decisions
Significant experience leading tactical response to incidents (Fire, Rescue, Hazmat, Spill)
Ability to produce clear, high-quality materials to communicate complex information
Experience leading and facilitating discussions for senior executives
Validated capability to lead through influence in a matrixed organisation
Demonstrated ability to handle fast-paced situations and respond effectively to emergencies
Awareness of agile methodologies and tools
