- Significant experience leading tactical response to incidents (Fire, Rescue, Hazmat, Spill)

- Experience leading and facilitating discussions for senior executives
- Validated capability to lead through influence in a matrixed organisation
- Demonstrated ability to handle fast-paced situations and respond effectively to emergencies
- Awareness of agile methodologies and tools
