About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of contract personnel to deliver innovative technology solutions to support bpx’s finance and procurement teams
- Define a technology strategy, roadmap, and delivery plan
- Develop, deploy, and integrate technology solutions including third-party tools and custom solutions
- Coordinate projects and resource management within the squad
- Drive innovation and change strategy for procurement, finance, and accounting functions
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, finance, information systems, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5 years of experience in shale production and/or IT Procurement/Supply Chain experience in shale production
- Experience working with large, cross-functional technology teams and effectively influencing business stakeholders and field personnel
- Capability in driving entrepreneurial IT initiatives in office and field environments
