About the role
- Support beneficiaries across health, dental and life insurance plans — handling scheduling, authorizations and reimbursements. Hybrid role with occasional on-site shifts at Amar&Cuidar.
Responsibilities
- Support compassionate service for beneficiaries of health, dental, life insurance and other benefit products;
- Provide prompt support in interactions with insurers and providers (network providers, approval of exams, surgery status, etc.);
- Assist in locating providers and directing cases to insurers' health programs, following established workflows;
- Support reimbursement processes, ensuring clarity and organization of information;
- Clarify questions about plan usage and the mobile app;
- Assist with scheduling appointments, exams and executive check-ups;
- Monitor requests for exams, surgeries and authorizations, verifying required documentation;
- Participate in some on-site shifts at Amar&Cuidar, offering direct and welcoming support to beneficiaries;
- Work in an organized way, prioritizing tasks according to workflows and team guidance.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service (preferably in healthcare or insurance)
- Basic Excel skills
- Good communication, organization, agility and willingness to follow defined workflows
- Availability to work in a hybrid model and to participate in on-site shifts
