Responsibilities
Develop new business, strengthen the active portfolio and represent BOLD within the state
Manage the active portfolio, ensuring retention and revenue growth
Serve direct clients and clients through distributors
Conduct diagnostic meetings, presentations and commercial proposals
Negotiate contracts, timelines and commercial terms aligned with strategy
Work consultatively, understanding needs and proposing solutions
Requirements
Completed or in-progress university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management or related fields
Experience as a Sales Executive / B2B Commercial Consultant
Experience in prospecting, account management and consultative negotiation
Experience with the indirect channel / distributors
Proficiency with analytical tools and performance indicators (KPIs)
Valid Brazilian driver's license (CNH), category B
Residence in Rio de Janeiro (RJ)
Strong communication, organization and focus on targets and results
