About the role

Responsibilities

  • Organize daily office operations, coordinate orders and service providers, and assist with meeting preparation
  • Provide administrative support to consultants in planning, coordinating, and documenting construction and real estate projects
  • Coordinate internal appointments, monitor deadlines, and act as the central contact point for internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain structured filing and assist in preparing presentations, minutes, and project documentation
  • Strong organizational skills and a hands-on mentality in day-to-day operations; support the team with administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
  • Initial professional experience in project assistance, team assistance, or office management is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Structured, reliable, and self-directed working style, even when handling multiple tasks in parallel
  • Team player, communicative, proactive, and with a friendly demeanor
