Preparing outgoing invoices in collaboration with the respective apc project managers
Monitoring incoming payments and handling dunning/collections
Entering outgoing invoices into the apc accounting system
Acting as backup for company bank account management
Liaison with the tax advisor's financial accounting
Supporting the company's external presence
Formatting and editing PowerPoint presentations
Organizing internal and external events
Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems
Managing software licenses
Requirements
Hands-on mentality and a solution-oriented approach
Completed vocational training in a commercial field or in hotel/hospitality management
Strong numerical aptitude
More than 2 years in a comparable role, including experience with DATEV
Excellent time management
Experience in administrative tasks
Strong organizational skills
Strong communication skills
Strong customer orientation
Fluent in German and English
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
