Responsibilities
Partnering with the business to develop resourcing plans to meet business growth and change
Working with the Talent Acquisition team to bring on board competent and capable teams to deliver the work

Acting as project lead for HR related activities
Requirements
Demonstrable experience of developing, deploying and advising on the caseload management of Discipline and Grievance cases
Significant experience in managing successful business change
Strong project management skills
Ability to manage consultation processes
Comfortable applying critical thinking, data analytics, and problem solving skills to novel situations with incomplete information
