Responsibilities
- Provides oversite for Puget Sound IAM Manufacturing Skills, ensuring contractual compliance and in support of Boeing business needs

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or manufacturing environment
- 5+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal leadership role
- 5+ years of experience in senior level communication including presentation development and report outs
- 5+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- 5+ years of experience analyzing data and developing metrics to track performance to plan for a business/organization
- 5+ years of experience conducting data, trend and/or forecasting analysis
