Responsibilities
Introducing new system functionalities
Attending coordination meetings and conducting demos
Performing translations and validating legal texts
Supporting testing activities
Monitoring KPIs and defining action plans if necessary
Managing tickets and supervising processes
Communicating with dealers
Coordinating with regional project leaders and participating in weekly meetings
Supporting system implementation related to CRM and sales systems
Gathering requirements, preparing and executing tests
Performing necessary activities for the go-live phase
Participating in trainings and related meetings with internal and regional central teams
Requirements
Degree in Business, Informatics (IT), or equivalent education or professional experience
Minimum 2 years of work experience in system implementation or business analysis
Knowledge of Salesforce and CRM systems is an advantage
Strong project management skills to steer projects in an international environment
Conceptual thinking with the ability to connect given targets to operational necessities
Fluent in English and in Hungarian (German is an asset)
Team player with a hands-on, self-driven attitude and excellent communication skills.
