Responsibilities
As Product Manager (m/f/d), based on your market and product analyses (including software and consumables), you identify improvement opportunities across the entire product lifecycle, initiate measures and monitor their success.
You define requirements for product enhancements and contribute to the conception of new products.
You cooperate with our marketing team to jointly plan, implement and optimize marketing activities (online, trade fairs, brochures, demo systems) for product launches and ongoing sales.
You prepare the necessary product documentation.
Additionally, you develop targeted training programs and conduct trainings using modern methods.
You analyze order wins and losses to plan, initiate and monitor improvement measures.
As Project Engineer (m/f/d), your main task is to develop concepts for solving demanding customer projects, together with technical contacts where required.
In this role you support sales in clarifying these projects and, in special cases, visit customers together with the sales team.
You review customer specifications (requirements specifications) and prepare technical proposals and functional specifications.
You are responsible for the technical coordination of these projects during the implementation phase.
Requirements
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience
Experience in equipment project planning/design and in product management desirable
Excellent technical understanding and spatial imagination
Sales- and customer-oriented approach
Strong communication skills and a structured working style
Very good German and English, both written and spoken
