Responsibilities
Develop and execute regional go-to-market plans aligned with global brand and creative strategies.
Lead regional marketing planning and execution for both unannounced and live Blizzard products.

Integrate social media planning and performance analysis into regional marketing plans.
Manage day-to-day relationships with regional partner agencies and third-party contractors.
Partner with Consumer Insights and Analytics teams to surface insights for strategic decision-making.
Serve as the regional product marketing expert.
Support live service marketing integration across the region.
Monitor the competitive landscape and regional market conditions.
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of experience in publishing, marketing, product management, or planning within the video game, entertainment, media, or related industries.
In-depth working knowledge of the Latin America video game market across PC, console, and mobile platforms.
Experience in managing marketing budgets and spending forecasts.
Strong project management skills.
Experience working in a regional capacity across multiple markets including collaboration within multicultural environments.
Passion for data-driven and consumer insight-led decision making.
Passion for games and entertainment, particularly Blizzard titles.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
Knowledge of game publishing processes and associated tools and technologies.
