- Perform maintenance and repair work on our technical systems
- Install and commission devices including associated hardware and software at customer sites
- Train technicians and end users on operation, maintenance and functionality of the products
- Support technical support and participate in trainings or workshops as needed
- Accurately document all service visits, test results and assist with field tests
- Independently manage the mobile inventory, including spare parts allocation
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in mechatronics, electrical engineering or electronics
- Several years of experience repairing technical and/or medical devices
- Good knowledge of PC hardware, networking and Microsoft operating systems
- Willingness to travel within Germany
- Reliable, independent working style and strong customer orientation
- Valid Class B driver's license
