Responsibilities
Strategic development of activities in the area of diagnostic systems (e.g., 2D/3D X‑ray, scanners, X‑ray software)
Technical leadership and coordination of imaging specialists worldwide within a matrix organization
Development and implementation of initiatives to open new markets, increase revenue and grow market share
Analysis of market trends, customer needs and competitor activities
Support for local sales teams on major projects and product training
Preparation of market models, pricing strategies and performance tracking
Preparation of business cases and decision papers for senior management
Close collaboration with product management and marketing
Attendance at trade shows, conferences and customer events worldwide
International travel to support and develop strategic markets
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Medical Technology or a related field
At least 5 years of professional experience in dental imaging (2D/3D, scanners, X‑ray software, etc.)
Deep expertise in imaging systems for the dental market
Strong understanding of sales processes and international market structures
Leadership experience, ideally in matrix or project-based environments
Excellent communication skills, intercultural competence and assertiveness
Strong analytical skills combined with a sales and market orientation
Excellent written and spoken German
Business-fluent English; additional languages a plus
High self-motivation, structured working style and strong willingness to travel
