Responsibilities

Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in operations, process management, or business technology
- Experience in project management/control, reporting, controlling, or PMO functions
- Confident handling of metrics, data models and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, ERP reports)
- Understanding of operational value streams (O2C, P2P) and systemic process logic
- Ability to support business units methodically and analytically without having disciplinary leadership responsibility
- Experience preparing budget, forecast and business case documentation
- Degree in economics, business administration, business informatics or a related field
- Proficient in German and English
- High self-motivation, integrity and a passion for interdisciplinary collaboration
