Responsibilities
- Independent planning, organization and execution of events (strategy meetings, employee events, workshops, etc.)
- Project management: from concept development and budget planning to controlling
- Ensuring smooth communication and coordination with the Executive Board, senior management and internal stakeholders
- Further development of existing event formats and creation of new, innovative concepts
- Selection, coordination and management of external service providers and agencies
- Monitoring, reporting and evaluation of event outcomes (KPIs)
- Confident advising of management and specialist departments on all event-related matters
Requirements
- Degree in event management, communications, marketing or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in event and project management, ideally in an international corporate environment
- Experience working with senior management as well as pronounced resilience, professionalism and diplomatic skill
- Structured way of working, organizational talent and the ability to confidently manage multiple projects in parallel
- Creativity and a keen sense for trends in event design
- Team spirit, initiative and a hands-on mentality
- Very good written and spoken German and English
- Proficient in MS Office and common event tools
