Senior Revenue Operations Manager responsible for overseeing revenue operations planning and analytics for a fast-growing SaaS company. Driving process improvement and managing cross-departmental change.
Responsibilities
Oversee key revenue operations planning including account prioritization, territory planning, quota setting, resource planning, and compensation plan design
Build a strong Reporting & Analytics suite with a single source of truth, scalable reporting, and real-time actionable insights
Drive continuous process improvement through standard operating cadences
Own the deployment, optimization, and governance of the GTM tech stack including CRM (HubSpot)
Define, document, and deploy new operational processes and ensure rigorous adoption across the GTM organization
Design and scale the RevOps function as the company grows
Partner with Sales Leadership and Enablement to define onboarding, process, and sales methodology (MEDDICC) standards
Requirements
7+ years of experience in Senior Revenue Operations roles
Experience working with Marketing, Sales & Customer Success teams in fast growing SaaS environment
Consistent track record owning and scaling Revenue Operations through periods of rapid growth
High proficiency in CRM Platforms and Data Analysis tools
Experience conducting a sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data
Interdepartmental communication and change management
Excellent English language skills are a must, any other language a plus
Experience with Hubspot CRM, Gong or similar Sales Operations toolset
Experienced with MEDICC sales methodology is a big plus
