Responsibilities
Install, configure, and test medical devices at customer sites.
Perform maintenance, installations, and upgrades medical devices.
Diagnose technical issues and carry out repairs to minimize equipment downtime.
Provide on‑site and remote technical support to end users.
Document service activities, maintenance reports, and equipment status.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and internal procedures.
Train medical staff on proper operation and basic troubleshooting of equipment.
Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to support customer needs.
Requirements
Technical degree in biomedical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, or a related field.
While experience in medical device servicing is beneficial, we also welcome candidates with service experience in other technical fields.
Willingness to travel frequently across Europe.
Fluent in Polish, advanced English.
German language skills are a strong asset, especially for cross-border collaboration.
