Responsibilities
Manage the cost for inbound operations across EMEA, working closely with finance business partners and the inbound organization
Oversee actual invoiced costs, projections, budgets, and long-term planning for inbound operations cost components
Track and analyze monthly financial performance, calculate the impact of changes on cost drivers, and integrate these insights into financial processes
Create and share dashboards and reports to ensure stakeholders have clear visibility on performance and cost trends
Identify risks and opportunities, provide financial support to leadership, and contribute to achieving business goals
Drive process efficiency through improvements and automation, ensuring alignment with global financial processes and policies
Collaborate closely with ISC EMEA finance team members and cross-functional teams to deliver value and maintain operational excellence
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Economics, or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years in Accounts Payable; experience in financial analysis or business support is an advantage
Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Power BI is a plus
Strong analytical ability to interpret data, identify root causes, and translate insights into actionable reporting
Ability to consolidate large datasets into meaningful dashboards and scorecards
Adaptable, eager to learn, and detail-oriented while maintaining a strategic view
