Responsibilities
- Drive the further development of our Financial Services sector focus (banking and insurance)
- Develop business and process models with a focus on digital transformation, customer centricity, and other innovations (e.g., blockchain, sustainable finance/insurance)
- Support the development and implementation of holistic strategies and their supporting processes (procurement, finance, marketing, sales, etc.)
- Analyze and optimize organizational structures and governance processes
- Design and implement management instruments and systems
- Manage projects and programs using traditional and agile methods
- Expand the client and service portfolio in the Financial Services area
Requirements
- Analytical mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Affinity for digitalization and information technology
- Excellent university degree (Master, MBA, PhD)
- At least two years of professional experience in a consulting context for Financial Services (banking, insurance, etc.)
- Strategic mindset
- Strong understanding of core commercial/business processes
- Solid knowledge of common consulting methods and tools
- Ideally project management (e.g., PMP / PRINCE2, SCRUM) and IT management certifications (e.g., ITIL, COBIT)
- Enthusiasm for innovation and willingness to take responsibility
- Willingness to travel as typically required for consulting roles
- Business-fluent German and English
