Responsibilities
- Take ownership of complex financial operations from start to finish, playing a key role in the monthly closing process.
- Own the preparation and maintenance of revenue and expense accruals to improve data quality across all systems.
- Ensure accurate intercompany reconciliations and provide data for foreign entities.
- Execute monthly allocations and recharges to enable faster and more reliable financial reporting.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders and act as an escalation point for complex operational issues.
- Serve as a strategic contact for Managing Directors and business units on finance topics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Finance Operations, Accounting, or similar roles.
- Strong experience in high-volume, tech-driven environments with a focus on scalability.
- Deep understanding of AP/AR, billing, reconciliation, and financial data flows.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA preferred).
- Proven track record of increasing automation to reduce manual workload across teams.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with non-finance stakeholders.
- Fluent in German and English.
