Responsibilities
Participate in full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
Collaborate with job platforms, staffing agencies, and colleges to maintain a strong candidate pool.
Conduct candidate profiling, initial interviews, and manage interview coordination.
Gather candidate data and manager feedback, ensuring accurate documentation.
Align with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and facilitate intake meetings.
Serve as the point of contact for job offers and employment contracts.
Ensure timely completion of pre-hiring documentation and pre-boarding requirements.
Facilitate onboarding processes, including orientation and pre-employment documentation.
Conduct background checks and assessments as required.
Assist in developing policies and guidelines, and handle special projects as required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; human resources, business, or related field preferred.
At least 1 year in full lifecycle recruiting is required.
Effective administration and people management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent professional English is required.
Works well under pressure and effectively prioritize to meet tight deadlines.
Technology savvy, excellent computer and software skills including MS Office 365.
Strong organizational and follow up skills.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
