As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a critical role in the research, planning, and delivery of products that merge social media, eCommerce, and ratings & reviews.
Your primary focus will be on comprehending the requirements of our end customers, internal business teams, and development teams, and then developing solutions that cater to those requirements on a large scale.
Requirements
3-5 years’ prior experience in product management.
A proven track record of successfully managing and launching products, preferably in a similar industry or domain.
Strong strategic thinking skills and ability to develop a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with the company's goals.
Ability to prioritize product features and make strategic decisions to drive business growth.
Solid understanding of the technical aspects of product development to effectively collaborate with engineering teams and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively communicate a product vision to cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers.
Strong collaboration skills are essential for working closely with designers, engineers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders.
Ability to conduct market research, interview customers, analyze competitors, and identify opportunities for product innovation.
Comfortability to analyze data and make decisions based on data insights by defining key product metrics, tracking performance, and using data to drive product improvements and optimizations.
Adaptable and agile in their approach to handle change, ambiguity, and quickly adjust strategies based on market feedback.
