Sales Development Representative prospecting leads in e-commerce marketplaces. Focusing on communication with decision-makers to build sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
Investigar y prospectar leads calificados (B2B) en los sectores de e-commerce, retail..
Contactar y generar primeras reuniones con decisores clave (gerentes de e-commerce, operaciones o IT).
Apoyar en la construcción del pipeline comercial, asegurando la calidad de las oportunidades.
Colaborar para nutrir y calificar leads generados por marketing y outbound.
Documentar todas las interacciones y oportunidades en el CRM.
Brindar retroalimentación constante sobre las estrategias de prospección y mensajes de valor.
Requirements
1 año mínimo de experiencia en ventas o desarrollo comercial (idealmente en software, SaaS o e-commerce).
Conocimiento básico del entorno de marketplaces y herramientas de integración.
Habilidad para comunicarse con tomadores de decisión y generar interés en soluciones tecnológicas.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.
Proactividad, enfoque en resultados y alta organización.
Deseable experiencia con herramientas como HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator o similares.
