Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in strategy, business management, or COO support roles
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven ability to work across functions and influence without direct authority
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to drive clarity and structure
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Familiarity with wealth management, lending, or financial services
- Experience supporting senior executives or managing cross-functional initiatives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with project management tools a plus.
