Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end framing and delivery of strategic Quality initiatives that directly impact Back Market's customer promise
Define project scope, timelines, resources, and success metrics in collaboration with senior stakeholders
Manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities, ensuring alignment with Quality team OKRs and company strategy
Lead cross-functional projects to improve Quality Contact Rate and seller compliance across the marketplace
Coordinate the rollout of new quality standards, tools, and processes to sellers at scale
Drive the development and execution of the seller quality knowledge network and best practices library
Manage partnerships with robotic testing providers from scoping through implementation with sellers
Coordinate pilot programs, track KPIs, and build business cases for scaling successful initiatives
Liaise between technical teams, external partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration
Align diverse stakeholders (Quality, Operations, Seller Success, Tech, Finance) around project objectives and timelines
Develop and maintain project documentation, reporting dashboards, and executive presentations
Drive adoption of new processes and tools through effective change management and communication
Requirements
5+ years of project management experience, ideally in marketplace, e‑commerce, quality, or operations environments
Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects on time and within scope
Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics, seller ecosystems, and quality assurance principles
Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence without authority
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to build business cases, forecasts, and data-driven recommendations
Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
