Administrative Assistant II responsible for administrative work for the Foster Care Review Board Program. Manage tasks including incoming calls, mail processing, and document management.
Responsibilities
Responsible for administrative work associated with the Foster Care Review Board Program (FCRB)
Primary contact for incoming calls
Processing paper and electronically received mail from various sources and electronic inboxes
Registering children and uploading case documentation with an electronic file management system
Distributing reports
Research minute entries and case information
Manage administrative functions and tasks on an as-needed basis
Assist the Program Specialist to ensure successful facilitation of FCRB reviews
May be eligible for a hybrid-telework schedule after three months of employment
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Three years experience in a full-function office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Personal computer skills including zoom, e-mail, calendaring system, and word processing
Ability to be responsive to last-minute staff requests
Flexibility with daily work assignments
Maintain confidentiality and accurate administrative files
Cover phone and reception duties, including screening and accurately routing incoming phone calls
Work independently within set program guidelines and protocol
