Responsibilities
Design and further development of the marketing and communications mix for Axians Infoma Switzerland
Increase visibility in online and print media
Responsibility for the marketing concept and marketing plan in collaboration with the Head of Marketing & Sales
Conceptualization and implementation of advertising campaigns and other communications activities
Creation of customer surveys and analysis of market and competitor activities
Planning, organizing and active assistance at customer events and internal events
Support in the preparation and execution of marketing activities and campaigns
Administrative and general support for the sales team
Management and maintenance of the CRM system and support for customer data maintenance
Order processing in the ERP system
Support in product management, particularly with pricing and calculation tools
Requirements
Commercial basic education with further training in marketing/PR (Swiss Federal Certificate or equivalent qualification)
Understanding of a modern multi-channel marketing approach in a B2B environment
Good knowledge of simple and complex ICT environments
Very good user skills in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP and CRM systems
Product knowledge in ICT managed services
Good understanding of contract law (Swiss Code of Obligations - OR)
