Responsibilities
Manage the entire recruiting process – from requirements analysis through candidate selection to onboarding
Conduct interviews and collaborate closely with technical departments to select suitable talent
Plan and implement recruiting activities and continuously develop our recruiting strategies
Serve as a point of contact for managers and employees on all HR and employment law matters
Draft employment contracts, contract amendments, and references, and handle all HR administrative correspondence
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training or relevant further education/degree with an HR focus
Initial professional experience in HR or recruiting
Desirable but not required: first exposure to IT recruiting or IT profiles
Proficient in the Microsoft Office/Teams environment; familiarity with applicant tracking systems is an advantage
Strong communication skills, team orientation, and social competence
Service- and results-oriented working style with appreciative and constructive approach
