About the role
- Managing Consultant leading a team of GIS professionals in Utrecht. Responsible for team management, client engagement, and strategy execution in a hybrid role.
Responsibilities
- Je leidt, motiveert en inspireert circa 20 GIS-professionals.
- Je onderhoudt contact met opdrachtgevers waar jouw collega’s actief zijn.
- Je neemt deel aan het MT+, waar directie en managers de bedrijfsstrategie en uitvoering vormgeven.
- Twee dagen per week werk je zelf voor een opdrachtgever.
Requirements
- HBO+ werk- en denkniveau.
- Minimaal 4 jaar GIS/ETL-ervaring, bij voorkeur 2 jaar leidinggevende ervaring óf duidelijke motivatie.
- Aanpassingsvermogen en weerbaarheid.
- Netwerkgericht en diplomatiek : je verbindt gemakkelijk met collega’s van alle lagen.
