Represent GBS in global meetings as a trusted partner.

Drive cross-functional collaboration for best practice sharing.
Lead and contribute to global and local projects.
Support development of project plans and timelines.
Proactively identify opportunities for scaling GBS operations.
Manage escalations and implement process improvements.
Requirements
Experience in GBS/SSC/BPO area.
Masters/Bachelors in Business Admin or equivalent experience.
5 years of experience in people management.
Deep understanding of the domain and technology used in the area of responsibility.
SAP experience is a must; other ERP systems is a plus.
Experience with process standardization, optimization, digitalization, Lean, Analytic is a must.
Fluent in English.
