- Support the Digital Transformation team in consolidating results and planning the delivery of IT initiatives
- Present data and information clearly and strategically to support decision-making
- Manage metrics and KPIs for initiatives
- Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement
- Work collaboratively with different business areas to align workflows and pursue integrated solutions
- Standardize dashboards and presentation templates, ensuring visual consistency and alignment with department guidelines
- Organize and maintain operational documentation to promote clear communication and accelerate deliveries
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Technology, or related fields
- Experience in quality, process mapping, or continuous improvement
- Knowledge of Lean methodologies and process management
- Familiarity with project management and data analysis tools
- Strong communication skills, teamwork focused on delivering value, and the ability to drive projects from start to finish
