Responsibilities
Responsible for developing our international partner network — strategically, independently and in collaboration with a committed team
Develop and implement a global partner and channel strategy for new and existing markets
Identify and acquire new strategic partners (e.g., distributors, technology partners, system integrators)
Build a structured partner program including onboarding, enablement, certification, and incentive models
Drive revenue growth and achieve targets through partner channels
Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Product Management to design joint go-to-market strategies
Manage partner communications and continuously expand our partner ecosystem
Requirements
Several years of experience in international partner management, business development, or channel management — ideally in a SaaS or technology environment
Sales experience, preferably in solution-oriented selling
Proven track record of building and scaling international partner networks
Deep understanding of B2B SaaS business models and modern partner ecosystems
Strategic thinker with negotiation skills and a confident presence
Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage
Self-motivated, culturally sensitive and willing to travel
