Responsibilities

Design thinking workshops to explore how to create transformational experiences.
Architect information hierarchies, navigation structures, and workflows to optimize usability.
Partner with business partners and technical product owners to ensure seamless implementation of designed experiences as part of capability product development.
Work closely with cross-functional stakeholder teams to define project scope and timelines.
Present designs and articulate design decisions to leadership and stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Experiment with new tools and methodologies to improve design processes.
Drive innovation in user experience by exploring creative solutions to complex problems, particularly in the area of AI tools.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in design thinking and UX/UI design
Proven track record of designing successful experience designs that cross multiple platforms.
