Responsibilities
- As Marketplace Manager for eBay, you will play a central role in our e-commerce team.
- You are responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales activities on the eBay marketplace.
- Your goal is to increase our online revenue, improve the visibility of our products, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Main responsibilities include: managing and optimizing product listings on the eBay marketplace using Plentymarkets and Baygraph
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue
- Expanding to international eBay marketplaces
- Analyzing market trends and adjusting sales strategies accordingly
- Monitoring and optimizing advertising campaigns on eBay
- Collaborating with the customer service team to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Preparing reports on sales performance and deriving actionable recommendations
Requirements
- Experience in e-commerce or in selling on online marketplaces, preferably on eBay
- Strong analytical skills and experience with sales and performance analysis
- Solid knowledge of the eBay marketplace, eBay SEO, eBay advertising, and sales strategies on eBay
- Experience using eBay seller accounts, Baygraph, Webinterpret and Plentymarkets
- Good skills in Excel and other analysis tools for evaluating sales data
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
- English skills are an advantage
