About the role

  • Customer service specialist managing inbound sales and inquiries for Atento. Opportunity for home office after training period in Feira de Santana, Bahia.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer service calls with a sales focus, identifying customer needs;
  • Clarify doubts and perform required procedures;
  • Offer products and/or services;
  • Manage different types of situations raised by customers;
  • Use systems to record interactions and updates.

Requirements

  • Minimum 18 years of age;
  • High school diploma (Secondary education completed);
  • Good verbal fluency and persuasive ability;
  • Negotiation and argumentation skills;
  • Basic computer and typing skills;
  • Availability to complete online training;
  • Own a desktop or laptop computer to attend training;
  • Availability to work on-site at the Feira de Santana unit;
  • Preferably live near the Atento Feira de Santana unit.
