Responsibilities
Inbound customer service with sales, aimed at identifying customer needs, answering questions, performing procedures, and offering products and/or services;
The agent must identify the customer’s needs and provide a practical, objective solution according to the product and/or service procedures;
Sales of products and services;
Specific technical tasks: Call center atendimento for offering voice or data telephony services or products, working with service packages for residential or mobile phone lines, data packages, broadband and fiber services;
Will use systems to record interactions and perform service-related actions.
Requirements
Minimum age: 18 years;
High school diploma (complete);
Good verbal fluency and persuasive ability;
Negotiation and argumentation skills;
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills;
Availability to attend online training;
Must have a PC or laptop to complete training;
Availability to work on-site at the Feira de Santana unit;
Preferably live near the Atento Feira de Santana unit.
