About the role

Responsibilities
- Learn about data management while creating clear, user-friendly documentation and content that helps customers understand complex technical concepts
- Learn content design and technical writing fundamentals, including information architecture, writing for different audiences, and creating documentation that serves real user needs
- Help us improve the Ataccama product through better documentation, UI copy, and content that makes our software more accessible and user-friendly
- Work closely with Senior Content Designers and Technical Writers, as well as collaborate with other functions that exist in modern software companies (Product Management, Engineering, UX Design, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, etc)
Requirements
- You would like to gain experience in technical writing and content design for software products
- You have strong writing skills and enjoy transforming complex technical information into clear, concise content
- You are interested in working at the intersection between technical teams and end users, advocating for clarity and usability

- You have great communication skills, attention to detail, and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams
