Federal Account Manager leading AstraZeneca's efforts in the U.S. Federal healthcare ecosystem. Cultivating relationships and managing strategic accounts in federal treatment facilities across multiple states.
Responsibilities
Build and complete strategic account plans tailored to each facility and network's dynamics.
Partner closely with Federal Market Access leadership to align on quality programs, initiatives, EMR integrations, and evidence-based treatment algorithms for targeted populations.
Collaborate across the Biopharma Business Unit (BBU) and with Sales Leadership, National and Regional Account Directors, Scientific Affairs, and State Government Affairs to deploy a coordinated national strategy.
Communicate customer-specific findings, program outcomes, and opportunities across internal collaborators to sharpen execution, elevate customer experience, and accelerate adoption where clinically appropriate.
Champion projects and initiatives that advance access, quality, and continuity of care for Federal patient populations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
Minimum of 5 years of experience in at least one of the following:
Pharmaceutical sales
Biotech or Healthcare sales in multiple customer segments
Account-based management or consulting in the healthcare segment
A valid driver’s license and safe driving record
Willingness to travel. Travel can be 75%+ depending on location.
