About the role
- Lead Implementation Manager responsible for onboarding complex client solutions at Assurant. Engaging with clients, managing budgets, and mentoring implementation teams.
Responsibilities
- Successfully onboarding large and complex client solutions onto the Connected Living Systems
- Engage directly with clients and coordinate implementation of business capabilities
- Provide mentorship and training to other Implementation Managers
- Manage implementation budget and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Analyze high level business requirements for effective client implementation
Requirements
- 7+ years business analysts/ PM equivalent experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Sciences, Computer Science or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
- Requires knowledge of a variety of applications including mainframe, databases, web-based systems, Microsoft suite and ETL tools
- Experience with agile methodologies
- Certification in one of the following: Green Belt, Business Analyst, Project Management, Agile Product Owner, SCRUM, SAFE
