Responsibilities
Research and identify target accounts within the sports, live entertainment, and stadium sectors across the five markets
Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads
Qualify inbound leads and manage initial discovery conversations
Book and coordinate introductory meetings and demos for the senior sales team
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM (leads, activities, pipeline stages)
Build and iterate on outreach messaging tailored to each market and persona
Monitor industry news, events, and triggers to identify timely outreach opportunities
Meet weekly and monthly targets for outreach activity, meetings booked, and qualified pipeline
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role (internships count)
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional language in Spanish, Italian, French or Portuguese is a strong advantage)
A genuine hunger to break into B2B tech sales and build a commercial career
Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working with targets and KPIs
Confident on the phone and in written outreach — resilient and persistent without being pushy
Comfortable with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms (e.g. HubSpot)
