Responsibilities
Support the marketing team with a variety of activities
Designing visual assets using tools such as Adobe, Canva, Figma, MidJourney, Gamma (e.g. social graphics, presentations, marketing materials) and supporting basic video editing where required
Helping to create engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, blogs, and email campaigns
Assisting with scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and helping to grow our online presence
Working closely with the Head of Marketing and wider team to support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns
Conducting research into industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to help inform marketing strategy
Supporting day-to-day marketing activities and helping keep projects organised and on track
Assisting with the organisation and promotion of events and webinars
Requirements
Ability to create engaging visual designs and content, with awareness of current digital trends
A basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
A creative and growth-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
A collaborative approach and ability to work well in a team
Enthusiasm to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment
Experience with any of the following tools would be an advantage, but full training will be provided: HubSpot, Wix, Confluence
